The personal data provided to SUNMEDIA will be processed exclusively by SUNMEDIA for  the sole purpose of guaranteeing your participation in a selection process carried out by the  company and based on your application for the job position described in the offer published  by SUNMEDIA. Therefore, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the one  stated in article 6.1 b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of  the Council of 27 April 2016, "for the implementation at the request of" the data subject "of  pre-contractual measures", as a result of your interest in the job offered by SUNMEDIA. 

As a data subject, at any time, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition,  suppression, limitation and portability of your personal data. In order to do so, you must  deliver a written communication to the e-mail address: gdpr@sunmedia.tv. This  communication must be addressed to SUNMEDIA and accompanied by a copy of your ID

Card. Additionally, we inform you of your right to file a claim before the Spanish Data  Protection Agency in the case you consider that SUNMEDIA has treated your personal data  in violation of the applicable regulations. 

Finally, we inform you that your personal data will be stored only for the period in which  your selection process takes place. At the moment of the conclusion of the process,  SUNMEDIA will maintain your data properly blocked during the term of prescription of the  possible legal actions which may arise with the only purpose of taking care of the  responsibilities of any nature that could arise. Once such prescription period expires, your  personal data will be deleted.
